My working life began as a Medical Laboratory Scientific Officer in hospitals in Aberdeen and Inverness. I then went on to university and took an honours degree in Microbiology. After that I spent several years working in the food industry.

I am a wife and mum as well as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I currently consult at my home in Lhanbryde, Moray and also at The Oaks Palliative Care Centre in Elgin.

My interest in Hypnotherapy stretches back over many years. It wasn't until 2002 that I decided to train as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. My training was with the National Society of Professional Hypnotherapists which was founded by Vicki Watson.
